Vendors
ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED FOR ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONDED TO BY April 30th, 2025.
You will receive an email with your acceptance to the festival and directions for payment. Payment will be due within 14 days of acceptance email. If you do not pay within those 14 days your spot will be forfeited and given to another vendor.
Please read all the rules as Shore Smoke Seasonings and Schellville will enforce them. NO yard sale or flea market tables allowed.
ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT A PHOTO OF YOUR DISPLAY AS WELL AS A DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEMS YOU WILL BE SELLING WITH YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION. ONLY THE ITEMS LISTED CAN BE SOLD DURING THE EVENT.
10X10 Vendor Space is $200.
10X20 Vendor Space is $385.
FOOD VENDOR Space is $500.
Setup for vendors will be Saturday morning from 6:00 am-9:30am. All vehicles must be moved to the designated vendor parking area by 9:30am. Any vendor not checking in at the Vendor Check-In Tent by 9:00 am may forfeit their spot to a waiting list member. Breakdown will begin at 5:00 pm and ends at 7:00 pm for vendors.
PLEASE DO NOT BREAKDOWN EARLY. (Breaking down early may cause you to be denied for future events).

Rules for the 2nd Annual Delaware Seafood Festival
All displays must be set up during the designated set-up times described in the show schedule. Any vendor not set up in the allotted time will not be allowed to set up and will not receive a refund.
Once your application has been reviewed and accepted no refunds will be given for any reason. This is a rain-or-shine event with a rain date of Sunday, September 21st, 2025.
Vendors are contracted to be open for the entirety of the show. NO BREAKING DOWN EARLY UNLESS GRANTED BY THE PROMOTER.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE AND A CERTIFICATE OR SELECT THE NO INSURANCE WAIVER.
All vendors must keep their products within their assigned marked space. Please make sure all aisles and walkways are clear, and nothing is in them.
Booth- All table covers must extend to the ground and be presentable. All trash must be placed in the receptacles around the grounds and any boxes must be taken with you or broken down and placed in the receptacles.
Parking- All vendors must move their vehicles by 9:30am and park in the designated vendor parking area.
There is to be no subletting of your booth space.
You must provide your tent, table, and chairs. YOU MAY ONLY USE WEIGHTS ON YOUR TENTS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAKE ANYTHING ANYWHERE ON THE GROUNDS. Weights are mandatory on your tent(s).
Please note this is an outdoor show and electricity is not available.
ALL food vendors are required to contact the local health dept for a permit at (302) 856-5355.
